My work explores the relationship between gender politics and romance tourism.
With influences as diverse as Derrida and Frida Kahlo, new combinations are created from both orderly and random structures.
Ever since I was a pre-adolescent I have been fascinated by the endless oscillation of the moment. What starts out as yearning soon becomes debased into a carnival of distress, leaving only a sense of nihilism and the unlikelihood of a new beginning.
As undefined derivatives become distorted through emergent and diverse practice, the viewer is left with a new agenda of the undefined of our future.
